Real Relief, Real Results: Dr. Nicole Meyer’s Personalized Approach to Women’s Health & Physical Therapy
Dr. Nicole Meyer isn’t your average physical therapist. With nearly two decades of experience and board certification in women’s health, she brings expert, one-on-one care directly to your door. Her concierge model removes the barriers of traditional PT—no waitlists, no rushed visits—just thoughtful, hands-on support where and when it matters most.
Specializing in pelvic health, scoliosis, and orthopedic care, Nicole meets women at every life stage with compassion, precision, and deep respect for the body’s story. Her approach blends clinical excellence with real connection—helping clients move, heal, and live with confidence again.
What do you do and who do you serve?
Nicole: I’m a concierge physical therapist who works one-on-one with clients in the comfort of their homes. My specialties include pelvic health across all life stages, scoliosis, sports injuries, and orthopedic conditions. I work with people navigating complex issues like pain, leaks, prolapse, TMJ, or postpartum recovery—offering care that’s deeply personalized and grounded in both science and empathy.
What inspired you to start your business?
Nicole: My own story was the spark. I began having pelvic pain and urinary dysfunction in grad school and was misdiagnosed and dismissed over and over. Eventually, a pelvic floor PT helped me find true relief—and it changed the course of my life. I realized how underserved this space is, especially for women, and I became determined to be part of the solution.
After years in traditional clinics—where I was forced to rush through sessions and compromise care—I knew I had to create something different. My concierge model allows me to give people the focused, thoughtful, and truly effective care they deserve.
How do you integrate your personal values into your business?
Nicole: Integrity is everything to me. I’m not here to rack up sessions—I’m here to help people get real results, as efficiently as possible. Each treatment is customized, intentional, and based on mutual trust.
But just as important as clinical skill is how people feel in our sessions. I want my clients to feel seen, safe, and supported—because healing happens in that kind of environment. I take a whole-person approach, factoring in everything from stress and sleep to relationships and nutrition. My work is about building stronger bodies and more empowered lives.
Equally important is how my patients feel during our work together. I want everyone I treat to feel seen, supported, and genuinely cared for—whether it’s a one-time consultation or ongoing care.

How has community impacted your personal growth?
Nicole: Being part of Ventura County Business Women and the Harvest Goal Collective has been life-changing. I’ve always been driven and introspective, but this community helped me expand in ways I didn’t know I needed.
These women challenge me with honesty, encourage me with love, and hold me accountable to my dreams. They’ve become my mirrors, mentors, and biggest supporters—and their wisdom has made me a better clinician, mom, and entrepreneur.
If you could go back and tell a past version of yourself one thing, what would it be?
Nicole: Trust yourself. You don’t need to rush or prove anything. Your strength will come from staying present and listening—to your body, your intuition, and the people who genuinely care.
Every detour is shaping you. The answers will come. Keep choosing what feels aligned, and life will rise up to meet you.Maybe it wasn’t yours to carry.
