Leaving the corp world as a Director of Operations at 21, she pivoted towards entrepreneurship, blending her expertise in social media marketing and inner work with a passion for empowering women-owned businesses. Her innovative approach, focusing on organic growth without reliance on expensive advertising, has made her a champion for small businesses. Tawney’s journey is marked by a deep commitment to personal and spiritual growth, influencing her unique perspective on business success. Founding VCBW in 2018, she has created a nurturing community that emphasizes the importance of inner work alongside professional growth.
