Ecosystem Membership Promise

As a member, your monthly rate is locked in at the price you joined, even if the current market price increases later. This means you’ll never pay more than what you originally signed up for, even as we grow and evolve.

We reserve the right to raise the current market price for new members at any time, but your price will stay the same unless you cancel and rejoin.

We’re committed to making this membership better over time.

  • We may phase out offerings that are no longer relevant or aligned with the community’s needs.

  • We may rotate or update events, tools, and access points to reflect what’s most supportive for our members.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time.

To ensure we process your cancellation before your next billing cycle, please submit your cancellation request at least one (1) week prior to your renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription by:

  • Submitting the Cancellation Request Form inside the Member Portal if an Ecosystem Member, or

  • Sending an email to connect@venturacountybusinesswomen.com
