The Ventura County Business Women Ecosystem is a membership-based community hub designed to connect women to local resources, aligned relationships, and meaningful collaboration opportunities.

It functions as the central access point to everything VCBW offers.

Instead of searching in multiple places for connection, support, and opportunities, the ecosystem brings them together in one intentional space.

How the Ecosystem Works

When you join the Ecosystem, you gain access to a curated environment that connects you to:

    • Auto-posting: Bypass post approval with pre-approved to post directly in the group at any time, in alignment with community posting guidelines.

      A casual monthly pop-in where we gather at a local business to connect, collaborate, and support our community.

    • VCBW Clarity Call (Virtual)
      A supportive, virtual monthly call for members who feel stuck, unclear, overwhelmed, or unsure of their next step in life or business. Bring what’s heavy or confusing and leave with clarity.

    • Marketing Power Hour

      A virtual, hands-on working session to get your marketing done with on-the-spot support from two marketing experts.

    Note: In addition to these core monthly events, we regularly co-host or promote special events throughout the year.

Ecosystem Membership Promise

As a member, your monthly rate is locked in at the price you joined, even if the current market price increases later. This means you’ll never pay more than what you originally signed up for, even as we grow and evolve.

We reserve the right to raise the current market price for new members at any time, but your price will stay the same unless you cancel and rejoin.

We’re committed to making this membership better over time.

  • We may phase out offerings that are no longer relevant or aligned with the community’s needs.

  • We may rotate or update events, tools, and access points to reflect what’s most supportive for our members.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time.

To ensure we process your cancellation before your next billing cycle, please submit your cancellation request at least two (2) weeks prior to your renewal date.

You can cancel your subscription by:

  • Submitting the Cancellation Request Form inside the Member Portal if an Ecosystem Member, or

  • Sending an email to connect@venturacountybusinesswomen.com
