We are proud to serve over 6,200 local businesswomen, fostering personal and professional development across Ventura County. Our members are based in Carpinteria, Ojai, Ventura, Oxnard, Port Hueneme, Camarillo, Thousand Oaks, Newbury, Moorpark, Simi Valley, and Santa Paula. Our members range in age, predominantly between 25 and 44, reflecting a dynamic mix of youthful energy and wise expertise.
Our network is made up of an extensive range of industries such as beauty, education, arts, technology, finance, healthcare, legal, marketing, journalism, real estate, event planning, web development and wellness. We offer a unique environment that brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, making our community a hub of innovation and growth. We focus on collaboration over competition.
