  • Ventura County Business Women Community is a networking group focused on both the personal and professional development of local business women. It serves as a sacred space for women to empower themselves and their businesses, and provides resources for business growth and a wealth of connections within the Ventura County and surrounding areas.

  • Our community welcomes all women in business, from entrepreneurs and creatives to corporate professionals and dreamers. We are here to support you with events, resources, and opportunities that align with your personal and professional goals.

  • VCBW offers community, connection, and collaboration through in-person and virtual events, access to an active Facebook group with over 6,200 local women. Find opportunities within an ever-growing hub of personal and professional development tools inside our Ecosystem Membership. We’re here to nurture the individual so the business can grow with power, peace, and possibility.

  • The VCBW Ecosystem Membership is a monthly membership offered by Ventura County Business Women (VCBW) designed to empower and support women in business throughout Ventura County. As a member, you gain access to a powerful community of like-minded professionals, networking opportunities, educational resources, and events tailored to foster growth, collaboration, and success. Whether you're an entrepreneur, executive, or professional, the VCBW Ecosystem Membership provides a platform for personal and professional development, mentorship, and meaningful connections within the community.   • We offer a mix of in-person and virtual events each month including:

    • Coffee & Connection networking events

    • Local Chapter Meetups in Ojai and other cities

    • Ecosystem Members-Only Virtual Calls

    • Business Breakthrough Sessions for strategy and support

    • Special collaborations and community events throughout the year

    All events are designed to support genuine connection, resource exchange, and aligned expansion.

  • The dates and times of our events vary. You can check out the specific details for all of our upcoming events in the Facebook Group or on the Networking Events page of our website. We host both virtual and in-person events, and location details will be provided upon registration. Click here for upcoming events

    • Ecosystem Members can register inside the Members Portal.

    • Nonmembers can sign up for events directly on the event page where applicable.

  • If you have joined the VCBW Ecosystem Membership, you have received a welcome email with a link to the Members Portal and password. Use that password every time to sign in.

    We send two Ecosystem Newsletters each month in addition that include the password for reference.

  • You can update your credit card information directly through your Member Portal. Simply log in to your portal and navigate to the Communication Hub section at the very bottom. There, you'll find a link to update your payment details.

  • Yes! As an Ecosystem Member, you can invite a guest to join you for free to our events.

    • Login to your member portal

    • Click RSVP Events

    • Scroll down to the bottom where it provides the guest pass link to send to friends.

  • It’s easy! Log into your Member Portal and navigate to the RSVP section. Below your RSVP link, you’ll see a “Bring a Friend” section with RSVP links for your guests for either Coffee & Connection & Ojai Chapter Meetup.

  • Both Ecosystem Members and non-members can be listed in the Directory. Here's how it works:

    • Ecosystem Members: You receive a discounted rate of $50/year. Sign up for the Member Directory in the Member Portal to receive the discount code.

    • Non-Members: The rate is $75/year. Sign up here

    Once you've completed the payment, you'll receive an email with a link to set up your profile. After filling out your profile, it will be automatically added to the Member Directory.

  • The Member Directory is a curated list of local women in business who are part of the Ventura County Business Women community. You can use it in two ways:

    1. To find and connect with other local professionals based on industry, location, or service.

    2. To promote your own business by purchasing a listing that increases your visibility and credibility within the community.

    Ecosystem Members receive discounted pricing for their listing and are encouraged to update it regularly as their business grows.

  • The Digital Vault is an on-demand library of community-led micro-trainings, event replays, and mini-courses that support personal and professional development.
    You’ll find topics ranging from mindset, confidence, and wellness to branding, systems, and business logistics—taught by women inside the VCBW community.

  • The Digital Vault is available exclusively to Ecosystem Members.
    You can log in through the Members Portal on our website. Once inside, click the “Digital Vault” tab to browse trainings and watch at your own pace.

  • The Integration Guide helps new and existing community members get the most out of their experience. It includes tips for writing engaging Facebook posts, using the Member Directory, understanding membership benefits, and aligning with your goals as you show up in community.

  • The Elevate Series is a free Ecosystem Member feature that spotlights women in our community through an interview-style blog post shared on our website and social media.

  • Our monthly Ecosystem Call is a members-only virtual meetup where we check in, share business updates, offer support, and connect in real time.
    It’s an intentional space to align, ask questions, and tap into resources from both the community and the VCBW team.

  • The free Facebook group is open to all local women in business who want to connect, share, and support each other.
    Ecosystem Membership includes monthly events, digital resources, exclusive member chat, discounts, and full visibility within the community.

  • You can request to join directly through our Facebook group.
    Please answer all questions and agree to the community guidelines so our team can approve your request quickly.
