Leading with Intention: The Visionary Path of Natalie Lehman
Natalie Lehman is the founder of She Means Business, a coaching and consulting company helping women entrepreneurs and leaders grow in their careers or businesses—without compromising their values, health, or purpose. With a thoughtful blend of mindset work and strategic consulting, Natalie supports her clients in building sustainable, soul-aligned success.
Whether she’s coaching one-on-one, guiding leadership teams, or facilitating transformational workshops, Natalie’s work is rooted in clarity, courage, and wholeness. But behind her method is a powerful story—of burnout, awakening, and rebuilding leadership on her own terms.
Q: What do you do and who do you serve?
Natalie: I help women entrepreneurs and leaders create sustainable growth and purposeful leadership through coaching, consulting, and strategic programs. My clients are often ambitious women who are ready to grow—but want to do so in a way that feels aligned with their energy, values, and real life. We focus on clarity, decision-making, and systems that support who they are, not just what they do.
Q: What inspired you to start your business or current career path?
Natalie: I created She Means Business after years of performing and achieving on the outside, while feeling misaligned on the inside. I hit a wall of burnout—not just physical exhaustion, but emotional disconnection from my own values. That pain led me into deep reflection and study, drawing from my master’s in Organizational Leadership, coaching tools, and real-life experience. I wanted to create a space where women could lead powerfully, without burning out. Where growth and alignment could coexist.
Q: What does success mean to you now, versus what it used to mean?
Natalie: Success used to mean proving myself. I believed I had to carry it all—overextend, overachieve, and earn every ounce of validation. It left me drained. Now, success looks like alignment. It’s living and leading in a way that reflects who I really am. It means honoring my energy, creating meaningful impact, and being proud of how I get results—not just what I achieve. It’s about leading with clarity and living with intention.
Q: What’s one piece of advice you’d give to someone in your industry just starting out?
Natalie: Start with your truth. The more clearly you understand what matters to you—and why you’re doing this—the more grounded and effective you’ll be. And don’t underestimate the power of support. You don’t have to do it all alone. Lean on mentors, ask for help, and build relationships that reflect the values you want to lead with.
Being part of a community has helped me see myself more clearly. It has challenged me to soften, to celebrate, and to lead without the mask. I’ve learned to ask for help, to hold space for others without losing myself, and to find strength in shared experience.

Q: What’s next for you or your business?
Natalie: I’m in a season of expansion and refinement. I’m continuing to grow She Means Business through four core pillars: coaching, consulting, collaboration, and community. I’ve been building a collaborative of diverse coaches who support each other and our clients in powerful, aligned ways. I’m also leaning into speaking opportunities to bring this work to larger audiences. It’s an exciting time—full of growth, real connection, and purposeful evolution.
Q: How has being part of a community impacted your personal growth?
Natalie: It changed everything. For a long time, I thought I had to figure it all out alone. But the most transformative moments came when I allowed myself to be seen, supported, and challenged by other women. Community gave me the courage to lead more honestly—and reminded me that leadership isn’t meant to be lonely. We grow in circles, not silos.
Q: If you could go back and tell a past version of yourself one thing, what would it be?
Natalie: I would tell her: You don’t need to prove your worth. You already have everything you need. Every so-called failure is actually shaping you. Let your values guide you. Let go of the myth of balance. You can be ambitious and still feel grounded. You don’t have to carry everything. Just carry what matters—and carry it with intention.
