MVP Build Lab
Cultivate Empowering Ideas
Ventura
Somewhere in Ventura County, a great idea is sitting in someone’s Notes app between a grocery list and a password they will never remember.
I’m Chay, a senior product designer, and I’ve spent my career turning other people’s ideas into apps their customers use every day. My partner, a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of California, and I started MVP Build Lab to get those ideas out of the Notes app and onto a screen.
You bring your idea in two sentences, and we help you build the first version with AI tools right there in the room. You don’t need tech skills or a coding cofounder. Each lab has eight seats and two instructors, so nobody gets left alone with a blinking cursor.
Our next labs are November 21, December 5 and December 12. Bring your idea and leave with an MVP. The grocery list can stay where it is.

Crowns And Hearts Boutique Spa
Self-Care made Sacred
Downtown Ventura
Hi! I’m Cecelia “Cece” Settem, owner of Crowns & Hearts Boutique Spa in Downtown Ventura. I’ve been a massage therapist for nearly 20 years and an esthetician for over 8 years, and I created Crowns & Hearts around one simple belief: self-care should be the standard, not the exception. I specialize in personalized facials, massage, waxing, and wellness services for women who spend so much of their lives taking care of everyone and everything else. My goal is to give them a space where they don’t have to figure anything out, they can simply show up, exhale, and be taken care of.

Natalie helps them get the right protections in place early, while the fix is still simple and affordable.
