This monthly guided conversation is designed for women navigating the emotional, mental, and internal realities that impact how they lead, build, connect, and show up in their lives and businesses.
Each month centers around a specific theme, creating space for honest reflection, meaningful conversations, perspective shifts, emotional support, and grounded forward movement.
May’s theme, “Your Value Does Not Disappear During Hard Seasons,” focuses on the emotional weight many women silently carry while trying to hold everything together. Together, we explore the relationship between self-worth, productivity, burnout, pressure, comparison, transition, and emotional capacity.
This is not therapy, coaching, or surface-level networking. It is a supportive conversation space where women can show up honestly, feel emotionally safe, and reconnect to themselves without judgment, fixing, or pressure to have everything figured out.
Participants are welcome to share, reflect, ask questions, listen quietly, or simply be present in the space.
The goal is not to stay stuck in the problem, but to help women move through what they are experiencing with more awareness, self-trust, support, and possibility.
