Co-working is exactly what it sounds like. Working alongside other people instead of working alone.

For many business owners, creatives, and professionals, most work happens solo. At home, on a laptop, juggling tasks without structure or momentum. Co-working creates a shared environment where focus increases simply because others around you are also working.

We see co-working as valuable because it:

• Reduces isolation for women who work independently

• Creates natural conversation and collaboration

• Supports productivity without forcing networking

• Event Overview

  You bring your laptop, planner, paperwork, or current projects. We provide the space, tables, coffee, and community energy.

  You choose the time block that fits your day and work alongside other women doing the same.

• Event Flow

  This is a relaxed, structured environment. Not a scheduled program.

  Arrival and Check-In:
  Arrive at the start of your selected session. Check in and get settled.

  Co-Working Time:
  Tables will be set up to support different types of work such as marketing, admin, strategy, content, and finances. You will naturally sit near others working on similar tasks.

  You are welcome to put your head down and focus, ask a quick question if conversation flows, collaborate lightly, or work quietly and independently.

  There is no required participation and no forced networking.

  Breaks and Flexibility:
  You are free to step out for lunch, coffee, or a walk. Downtown Ojai food options are nearby.

  Wrap-Up:
  Leave when your session ends or when your work is complete.

  Ecosystem Members: login to the member portal, select Events Registration, and RSVP for free to the Co-work session.

  Non-Members: purchase which session you would like to attend. Once you purchase, you will receive an email with a link to RSVP for the event.

  This helps us plan seating and layout, understand what attendees are working on, and create a comfortable, productive environment.

  RSVP is required for all attendees, including Ecosystem Members.
