Every July and December, we intentionally pause our VCBW-hosted events to create space for reflection, recalibration, and growth behind the scenes. While community members still continue hosting, collaborating, and connecting, our internal focus shifts toward listening.

Participate in our bi-annual community audit. It takes about five minutes and includes simple click-through questions designed to help us better understand what’s working, where you need more support, what you’d love to see more of, and how we can continue evolving this ecosystem in a way that truly serves the community.

Your feedback genuinely matters because so much of what VCBW becomes is shaped by the women inside of it. During our Summer Break, we take all of the feedback, insights, patterns, and ideas and begin implementing upgrades, improvements, new systems, resources, and experiences so that when we return in August, we come back expanded, refined, and ready for the next level.
